This Privacy Policy explains how Veritium LLC ("we", "us"), which operates 3HB Football, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use 3HBFootball.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the Site: Supabase (accounts/database), Stripe (payments), and Google/YouTube (embedded videos may set their own cookies). Each has its own privacy policy.
We use local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your in progress rankings. Embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data for advertising.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it by law.
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including password encryption and reputable providers (Supabase and Stripe). However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Site at your own risk.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
The Site is operated in the United States, and our providers store data in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the U.S., you consent to processing your information in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We do not track you across other websites for advertising.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Because the Site includes betting related content, you should also be of legal gambling age (21+ in many places) before relying on that content.
We may update this policy and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

These Terms govern your use of 3HBFootball.com (the "Site"), operated by Veritium LLC ("we", "us"), which does business as 3HB Football. By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The ratings, projections, matchup predictions, and all other content on the Site are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice, and they are not a guarantee of any outcome. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or projection. Any wagers you place are your own decision and your own risk, and you are solely responsible for complying with the gambling laws where you live. You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (21+ in many places). If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1 (800) GAMBLER. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. Your subscription is personal to you. Do not share your account or password. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"), processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) at the then current price, and your payment method will be charged automatically, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access through the period you have already paid for. Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. We do not provide prorated or partial period refunds. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, crawl, bulk download, or use any automated means to access or extract our data or content; (b) resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit our ratings, data, or content; (c) use our data or content to build, train, or improve any competing product, database, or service, or any artificial intelligence or machine learning model; (d) attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass others. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
If you submit rankings, votes, or other content to the Site (for example, through Rank ’Em), you represent that you have the right to submit it, and you grant Veritium LLC a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, host, display, aggregate, and adapt that content to operate and improve the Site, including in anonymized or aggregated form. We are not obligated to store or display your submissions and may remove them at any time.
The Site and all of its content (including the efficiency ratings, model, projections, text, design, and code) are owned by Veritium LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, nontransferable, revocable license to access the Site for your own noncommercial use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3HB Football and Veritium LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL) or any of its member teams. All team names, logos, and other marks are the property of their respective owners and appear on the Site solely for identification and informational purposes.
The Site relies on and may link to third party services (including Supabase, Stripe, and embedded YouTube videos) and may reference third party data. We do not control and are not responsible for third party sites, services, or content, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any rating, projection, or pick will be accurate or profitable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritium LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or losses related to wagers, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veritium LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Please read this carefully. Any dispute between you and Veritium LLC arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You and Veritium LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Before starting arbitration, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for 45 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, including for violation of these Terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, service provider failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
